About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As an SAP logistics Business System Analyst at Siemens Energy, you will be part of a seasoned IT team dedicated to supporting the future of the energy market. Your role will involve providing regional consulting and governance for Logistics and other processes within Siemens Energy ERP ECC6 systems. You will work closely with solution providers to ensure smooth business operations and address issues and change requests. Additionally, you will drive process standardization in the S/4 HANA project for our regional systems and oversee the migration from ECC6.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Oversee IT providers for application maintenance and change requests in your functional area.
- Collaborate with business representatives to develop innovative process solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage demands, provide process consulting, and offer business support for ERP systems.
- Work with key business partners to develop requirements and functional specifications.
- Develop test cases and manage test activities.
- Collaborate with other application teams, Basis and Security teams, and the Service Desk team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years in governance, demand management, and business support for IT-integrated processes in multinational environments.
- SAP Expertise: Extensive experience configuring SAP MM and PP; deep knowledge of SAP MM/PP/PM modules in ECC and S/4 HANA, with integration across other SAP areas. Familiarity with SD and CS modules is a plus.
- Strong expertise in Brazil-specific localization topics and managing external providers for ERP system changes and support.
- Skilled in agile, cross-functional environments and project management (scheduling, quality control, change communication).
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; basic Spanish is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
