A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team as a central expert in production planning and control within the Grid Technologies Transformers Execution Unit! You will be the go-to person for all Planning & Scheduling topics across our global sites. Lead the implementation of advanced planning solutions and support the rollout of SAP PP/DS as part of S/4HANA, guiding processes and steering the project. You will coordinate external implementation partners, prioritize tasks, and make crucial design decisions. Our team collaborates closely across Europe, both virtually and on-site, creating a vibrant and engaging work environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide tailored SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules, focusing on SAP PP/DS and relevant planning processes
- Advise on processes and train key and end-users to ensure effective system utilization
- Analyze and resolve issues related to the SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Continuously optimize planning processes and adapt to new requirements
What You Bring
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an SAP consultant, ideally with a focus on SAP S/4HANA; strong communication and teamwork skills; operational experience in a planning department is a plus
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and their functionalities, particularly expertise in SAP PP/DS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 20% of working time)
- Experience in the energy sector or related industries is an advantage
