We are seeking a talented Solution Analyst / Architect to join our Center of Expertise for SAP. If you thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment and enjoy tackling evolving SAP process challenges, we want you on our team

How You’ll Make an Impact  

  • Drive global demand management, process consulting, and business support for SAP WM and MM.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional SAP requirements.
  • Implement change requests as part of application or project enhancements.
  • Develop concepts and solutions for data migration, change management, training, and documentation during change request implementation.
  • Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with internal and external service providers.
  • Support Siemens Energy’s transition to SAP S/4 HANA.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Management, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business process design within logistics and materials.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA modules: Warehouse Management (WM) and Material Management (MM).
  • Preferably, experience with adjacent SAP modules: Quality Management (QM), Production Planning/Control (PP), Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO or ePPDS).
  • S/4 HANA experience and ability to read ABAP code/debugging are desirable.
  • Proven ability to meet business requirements using standard SAP solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective multi-tasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Languages: Spanish & English required; basic Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
