A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Process Expert in SAP Logistics, you are closely involved with the diverse topics of the supply chain, focusing on the logistics and shipping environment. You lead projects and get involved in new initiatives where you represent the operational and strategic interests of the site (including the S4-Hana migration project). Additionally, you develop solutions for daily challenges to quickly achieve effective results for the company.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Take ownership for the timely implementation of SAP projects while considering specific business requirements
• Actively participate in the company-wide SAP harmonization project S4Energy (S4-HANA)
• Create interface descriptions for integration with third-party systems
• Analyze and evaluate data for various internal departments using business intelligence applications (e.g., SAC, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Simplify complex processes and derive actionable recommendations from them
• Develop efficient SAP processes in the logistics and shipping environment that significantly support the achievement of corporate goals

What You Bring

• A completed degree in business/informatics or a comparable vocational training plus additional experience and qualifications
• Several years of experience in process support and/or SAP module support (e.g., S4 Hana, SAP MM, SD, TM, EWM)
• In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping, as well as an understanding of processes in logistics and shipping operations
• Experience with typical systems and processes in the logistics/shipping environment (e.g., customs and preference procedures, ATLAS export, transport planning…)
• Experience with SAP migration projects in the logistics/shipping environment
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are desirable
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• A quick grasp of concepts, teamwork skills, abstraction ability, and process understanding complete your profile
• Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
