A Snapshot of Your Day 

As the Repair Components Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for refurbishing gas turbine components, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. Your day includes supervising production employees, coordinating workflow, resolving operational issues, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for production matters in your area while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Supervise and guide production team members, managing daily work assignments, performance, and adherence to company policies.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with other production units and support functions to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor labor, tools, equipment usage, and production metrics to optimize resources and meet goals.
  • Enforce safe work practices, support OSHA compliance, and ensure safety remains a top priority.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation, quality records, and equipment inspection logs.

 

What You Bring 

  •  High School diploma/GED that can be verified with equivalent work‑related experience
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial repair, or production is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and manage performance in a diverse team environment; Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, equipment inspection, and mechanical processes.
  • Ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive, team‑oriented approach.
  • Experience with power tools, mechanical aptitude, and forklift operation is beneficial.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
