A Snapshot of Your Day

You begin your shift inside the Remote Operations Center, monitoring wind turbines, electrical substations, and fleet performance across multiple geographies. Using advanced tools such as Diagnostika, Adwen, and oOEM systems, you perform real-time supervision, diagnose anomalies, and ensure operational continuity for assets under contract.
Throughout the day, you collaborate with local field teams, activate on-site technicians when remote resolution is not possible, and participate in digitization initiatives by identifying system inefficiencies. Every shift contributes directly to optimized turbine performance and grid compliance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operational coverage through real-time monitoring and remote control of wind turbine fleets and electrical substations.

  • Execute second-level operational processes using advanced monitoring platforms (Diagnostika, Adwen, oOEM).

  • Perform diagnostic assessments, root-cause analysis, and performance troubleshooting to maintain asset availability and reliability.

  • Support digitization of monitoring tools by reporting incidents, proposing improvements, and helping optimize central control processes.

  • Provide timely escalation and activate local service teams when remote intervention is not possible.

  • Maintain strict compliance with national and international grid operator instructions, including setpoint and power control implementations.

  • Contribute to safe, consistent operational excellence through structured, autonomous work and strong communication.

What You Bring

  • Technical educational background (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation preferred).

  • Minimum 4 years of experience.

  • Knowledge or experience in wind turbine generator (WTG) operations—technical WTG exposure highly desirable.

  • Ability to work independently in a structured, systematic manner, even under pressure.

  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical thinking capability.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Team-oriented mindset with readiness to collaborate across shifts and regions.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning-afternoon-night), Monday to Sunday, ensuring 24/7 operations coverage.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.

About the Team

You will be part of the Remote Operations Center (ROC), a high-performance team responsible for real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and control of global wind turbine fleets. The unit plays a critical role in maximizing turbine availability, supporting field teams, and ensuring stable grid integration. Though the role has no direct reports, you will collaborate closely with the Second Level Team Lead and global operational teams.
