About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Regional Sales Manager for Gas Services in Indonesia, you will spend your day engaging with key customers, EPCs, and partners to develop gas turbine opportunities across O&G and power generation markets. You will collaborate closely with technical sales, regional stakeholders, and global teams to shape win strategies, drive early customer engagement, and progress opportunities from concept through contract closure.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and grow the O&G and power generation markets in Indonesia with Siemens Energy gas turbine solutions
- Build and sustain a healthy opportunity pipeline to drive GS order intake
- Engage early with customers, EPCs, consultants, and government stakeholders to shape projects and influence specifications
- Define and execute clear win strategies by positioning GS value propositions against competitors
- Support the full sales cycle including bidding, clarifications, negotiations, and contract closure
- Ensure accurate opportunity tracking, market intelligence, and reporting in Salesforce
What You Bring
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the energy sector, preferably O&G, with a proven record of developing complex commercial opportunities
- Strong network across end users, EPCs, consultants, developers, and key market stakeholders in Indonesia
- Solid commercial and technical acumen, with a sound understanding of gas turbines and power generation technologies
- Deep knowledge of O&G and energy process streams, particularly upstream and midstream segments
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures
- Ability to analyze Indonesian market dynamics, regulations, and governmental requirements to shape effective market strategies
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
