        Join our $150M+ Global Industrial Steam Turbine Service Business as a Regional Parts Specialist!

        As a Regional Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for developing proposals/bids within your Region improving competitiveness in the Market to sustain and grow our Service Business. Experience and strengthen our empowerment, collaboration and ownership culture.

        You would be part of our SE TI STG GSO PTS Organization, reporting to the Global Service Operations Parts International Head for our Steam America Business.

        How You Make An Impact

        • Prepare proposals and formal bids adhering to pricing guidelines and ensuring timely delivery to meet internal and external client expectations
        • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to develop creative solutions
        • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and other terms and conditions with clients to win business
        • Initiate Engineering and Operations activities by entering orders into the ERP System
        • Pursue sales opportunities through the utilization of Sales Force (CRM Tool) and proactively engage regional sales teams and clients
        • Resolve issues quickly and advance if necessary

        What You Bring

        • Must have High School Diploma/GED that can be verified and equivalent experience; Associate Degree in Business or a technical field with equivalent experience is preferred.
        • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in parts operations, marketing & sales, and/or customer service or equivalent field
        • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) is required.
        • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in the English language
        • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints to meet deadlines while being diligent
        • Flexibility to travel 5% is required.

        Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

        This job is based in Olean, New York. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.         Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
