A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of a wider HR transformation program and the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, Siemens Energy is in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR systems and services. We are looking for a Regional HR Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in the transformation of our HR IT landscape in the region, addressing business demands focused or with an impact in our HR systems and working with colleagues across the globe, several stakeholders and internal and external partners.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Take ownership over the local people systems landscape (local HR systems, local integrations, local stakeholders) and drive the solutioning for those applications currently being used by Siemens Energy under a Service Agreement with Siemens AG, including Service Agreement management and replacement strategy.
  • Manage the "systems" part of integrated projects / initiatives (e.g. M&A activities, new business requests, etc.) working closely with the Regional HR team (HR BPs, Services and Payroll Leads) as well as Global Product Owners.
  • Be the local point of contact for Global HR applications, building the bridge between local stakeholders (e.g., Local HR, Regional IT, etc) and Global Product Owners.
  • Play a key role in the definition of the future technology landscape for the region, aligning with IT, Business and other stakeholders on a Regional to Global scale.
  • Manage the transition between current set up and future state as part of Siemens Energy HR transformation program, in close alignment with the Payroll and HR services teams, and Business Owners of current Local HR applications used by Siemens Energy.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of regional systems and data flows, serving as an escalation point for management.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Business, Computers, or Human Resources is appreciated. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR IT Landscape management and transformation is required, with a proven track record in governance, senior stakeholder management, driving change, and strategy on a regional or global scale.
  • Ability to build trust and empower teams to deliver successfully. A collaborative style, comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, such as HR CoCs, HR in the Regions, the IT department, and management.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, thrives in a global environment, works flexibly when required, and is driven to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
  • English proficiency is essential, as you will primarily work in English. Additionally, proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly valued.
  • A solid understanding of data flows and system integrations is essential. Knowledge of HCM tools, especially Workday, and payroll solutions like SAP, ADP, Neeyamo, and Meta4, is highly valued. Familiarity with SAP Concur is also appreciated.

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – HR Systems, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mindset, responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems, ensuring, and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation.
