A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Regional Finance Manager Sales for our Gas Services – Sales Distributed business, you will act as the expert for strategy, planning and financial advisory.  Close interaction and support of regional management and respective stakeholders.

Be responsible for establishing strategic and financial plans to support managerial decisions for sales distributed in Asia Pacific

.How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide commercial support to Regional Management by integrating Sales Strategy with Financial Planning to optimize market penetration, expand beyond core business, and improve profitability.
  • Develop strategic plans through analysis of historic data, budgets, and five-year forecasts.
  • Align initiatives with country and sub-region strategic projects across Asia Pacific (AP).
  • Participate in MEP/Markttag, budget cycles, and other key planning processes.
  • Collaborate with sub-region managers, Sales, RPDM teams, Finance leads, New Unit Sales, and Product Lines on planning, acquisitions, and pipeline assessments in SFDC.
  • Advise Sales teams on approach, expectations, and LoA requirements, while driving process improvements, simplification, automation, and integration of internal AI tools.

What You Bring

  • Solid financial knowledge including budgeting, commercial sales management, and accounting principles.
  • 2–5 years of experience in similar roles, with exposure to strategic and business development functions.
  • Strong communication, networking, and multicultural collaboration skills; proven ability to build international, virtual teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages and international experience in Project/Sales Management and Strategy/Business Development are advantageous.
  • Background in transformation initiatives, change management, simplification, and digitalization.
  • Integrity-driven, proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused professional with excellent time management and willingness to travel occasionally.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
