- Support Sales & Bid Management in developing solutions and addressing customer queries to enhance order capture with higher margins.
- Achieve project execution excellence by collaborating with all functions to deliver contractual deliverables, including services.
- Drive flexibility in organizational processes and contractor management to adapt to changing portfolio and customer needs.
- Improve efficiency and timely delivery by establishing and monitoring key metrics, while implementing process improvements.
- Lead initiatives for technology, digitalization, and lean management, while striving for improved quality and reducing non-conformance costs (NCCs).
- Develop and conduct Monthly Operations Reviews to showcase financial and operational metrics, accomplishments, challenges, and key initiatives.
- University Degree / Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 8 years of management experience, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in working with multicultural teams
- Strong communication, networking and collaboration skills; fluency in English
- Efficiency, analytical skills accompanied by strong organizational abilities
- Entrepreneurial approach and change management capabilities to develop and successfully implement strategic plans
- Lean Management experience is a plus
