A Snapshot of Your Day

The Rotor Storage Coordinator you will be the first line contact between our customers and/or RNA service centers storage facilities providing quotations, reviewing client’s specifications and managing clients’ assets being preserved and stored at RNA Siemens-Energy facilities to ensure equipment is inventoried and preserved under the highest quality standards and it’s ready to be utilized at any time. R/S Forecasting and cost managing

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Responsible to develop proposals for rotors and others for inventory and storage services.
  • Interpret customer storage specifications or special requirements and incorporate those into cost estimates and proposals.
  • Responsible to review contracts; review Purchase Order, T&C’s and other commercial terms/aspects associated with the service and client.
  • First-line contact between a client and / or sales Account Manager for customer’s asset management and storage.
  • Responsible to transfer all the required documentation to PDMT so orders are properly entered and released accordingly.
Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills are vital for success in this role. The selected candidate will be developing and maintaining multiple reports. Advanced user experience working with spreadsheets and other database software is helpful.

What You Bring

Minimum 5+ years of experience within manufacturing/shop environment and/or asset management.
Bachelor’s degree required. May be substituted with extensive/specific relevant experience.
Familiar with rotating and/or reciprocating equipment repairs (steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, gas turbines, reciprocating compressors, turbochargers, valves, dry gas seals)
Experience with managing project life cycle and cost

Position is 100% onsite.

Experience working in an organization with a strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.
