- Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality project outcomes
- Securing compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and contractual requirements
- Driving risk management activities together with the project manager
- Establishing and enforcing quality standards, specifications, and project quality plans
- Advancing continuous improvement based on data, feedback, and lessons learned
- Providing guidance to project teams on quality expectations, procedures, and non‑conformance closure
- An engineering degree or comparable qualification and experience in a project-related function
- At least 5 years of experience in operational quality management or quality assurance
- Comprehensive knowledge of project, contract, and process management
- Familiarity with management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001) and quality methods, with auditor certification as an advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and relevant project documentation tools
- Fluency in English and German
