A Snapshot of Your Day
The advertised position of Quality Manager (f/m/d) Service encompasses two main areas of responsibility: the role of Quality Manager in projects and the responsibility for the Information Security Management System (ISMS). As a QMiP, you support both in the bidding phase and in the execution of projects. Same applies for development projects. As the person responsible for the ISMS within the GT SV business area, you monitor the external requirements of the certification area and respond to changes. In addition, you act as the first point of contact within GT SV for ISO 27001, controlling and monitoring the implementation of the information security risk management process and report to the management.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensuring that QM requirements are met in selected customer projects of the parent company during the offer phase and during project execution (including the management of lessons learned workshops)
- Ensuring compliance with quality requirements in R&D projects and carry out corresponding QM activities (e.g. project milestones, quality gates, Q plan)
- In the event of quality problems, you will support the root cause analysis and the identification of corrective and preventive measures and their implementation (e.g. 8D)
- Maintaining and further developing the information security management system within GT Services, accompanying internal and external audits and acting as first point of contact within GT SV for ISMS and reporting to the management
- Performing internal audits and supplier audits and contribute to supplier quality management
What You Bring
- A degree, preferably with a technical background or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in quality management and/or quality management in (large-scale) projects
- Experience in the product development process and are familiar with the challenges in product life cycle phases
- Knowledge of the relevant information security management system standards (ISO 27000 etc.) and ideally of the quality management system and the management systems for environmental protection and occupational safety (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
- Experience as an (internal) auditor and are familiar with quality methods (e.g. problem solving, lessons learned)
- Fluent German and English skills
- Confident handling of Office365
