About the Role
- Point of contact for managers and stakeholders in CAPA processes in the development and coordination of root cause analyses, the definition of remedial actions and the implementation for continuous improvement and verification of the sustainability of measures taken
- Support in the introduction of new processes and participation in internal training courses on non-conformance management
- Ensuring on-time processing and positive influence on delivery capability through efficient controlling and driving forward open measures
- Advising colleagues on how to process error messages
- Preparation of deviation reports for technical clarification in German and English
- Help to improve customer satisfaction by increasing the quality-of-service projects and support the definition of cost-out measures resulting from CAPA measures.
- Completed studies with technical specialization or equivalent completed technical training
- Professional experience in quality management, Experience in the field of turbomachinery is an advantage
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments, as well as assembly activities in mechanical and plant engineering
- Good methodological knowledge in reactive quality management (RCA, 5-Whys, 8D process, statistical methods, ISHIKAWA, etc.) and experience in dealing with SAP (e.g. PS1/PS2), databases and MS Office applications
- Strong focus on proactivity, problem-solving skills and teamwork as well as the capability to analyze and improve process flows effectively
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
