About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will focus on performing quality control inspections, reporting non-conformances, and supporting corrective and preventive actions. You will ensure non-conformances are detected and properly addressed during various production steps. Additionally, you will collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and other teams to improve product and process performance by implementing preventive and corrective measures for identified problem areas.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Perform detailed quality control inspections at various stages of production.
Report non-conformances.
Support corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure non-conformances are detected and addressed during production.
Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and other teams to address non-conformances and conduct lessons learned sessions
Implement preventive and corrective measures for identified problem areas.
What You Bring
Associate or bachelor’s degree required; technical degree preferred.
Experience in the quality department is highly preferred and may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Ability to read and understand electrical/mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to relay complex ideas to a wide range of audiences.
Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking to spot problems quickly and find the underlying causes.
