A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is being created as an addition to the ERP Competence Centre to address the business need for a new project, the S4E program. The primary objective is to provide dedicated oversight and management for the external implementation partner, ensuring their delivery aligns with strategic program goals and contractual obligations. To achieve this, the role is structured around three core areas: Provider Performance & Governance, Contract & Commercial Management, and Stakeholder & Delivery Integration. This focus ensures the provider's performance is actively steered against KPIs, contractual and scope changes are managed effectively, and the partner's work is seamlessly integrated with internal teams and other third parties. Given the focus on these areas, the ideal candidate will be a Senior Professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale IT service providers within complex ERP programs. They must possess strong skills in contract management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder influence to successfully navigate the demands of the S4E program.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Steer and monitor the external implementation partner's performance against contractual KPIs, service level agreements, and key deliverables for the S4E program.
  • Establish and lead regular performance review meetings and governance forums to track progress, address operational issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for service delivery issues, driving resolution between the provider and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for scope changes and contractual adjustments in close collaboration with the Contract Management and Procurement teams.
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of the provider relationship, including budget tracking, invoice validation, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are understood and met by both the provider and the internal organization.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of the provider's delivery model with all interfacing internal teams and other third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the implementation partner and internal business and IT stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the program to ensure smooth project execution and alignment on provider-related matters.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Significant professional experience in IT provider management, vendor management, or project management, preferably within large-scale ERP (SAP S/4HANA) transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing contracts, SLAs, and performance KPIs for external service providers.
  • Experience in vendor and project management, including customer relationship management, project planning, change management, risk management, and workflow management to support successful project delivery, effective stakeholder engagement, and strong vendor partnerships.
  • Expertise in governance and domain knowledge, including governance frameworks, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Agile methodologies to support effective decision‑making, process optimization, and the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
  • Strong behavioral competencies, including influencing skills and troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities to support effective stakeholder engagement, informed decision‑making, and the successful resolution of business and operational challenges.
