About the Role
- You will collaborate closely with Service Sales to develop precise and customer-focused inspection and repair offers.
- You’ll take ownership of creating service project orders—covering inspections, repairs, and in-house production—within our ERP system (SAP Atlas).
- By coordinating and documenting inspection activities across departments, you’ll ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- You’ll set up material numbers and generate bills of materials in SAP Atlas, laying the groundwork for efficient and accurate execution of inspection and repair tasks.
- Your inspection reports will serve as the foundation for reliable and well-informed repair proposals.
- You’ll manage and label customer parts for inspection or repair, maintaining clear traceability and organization.
- Through hands-on project management in inspection, repair, and in-house production, you’ll drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Project Management.
- Strong proficiency in SAP; confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Office 365 online tools (e.g., Planner).
- Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
- Excellent coordination, organizational and planning abilities; strong time and self-management; effective communication skills.
- Customer orientation (internal and external clients) and solid technical understanding.
