A Snapshot of Your Day
You’ll spend your day driving project progress—coordinating tasks, aligning with internal and external partners, and ensuring milestones are met. You’ll support planning, execution, and documentation activities that keep the project moving smoothly while contributing to reliable outcomes for customers. You’ll collaborate within a project-oriented, communicative team environment where clarity, coordination, and accountability are key.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Plan and execute project strategy across procurement, offers, project execution, commissioning, and warranties.
- Manage operational planning: task definition, quality management, resource coordination, and documentation.
- Support customer negotiations and develop technical content for contracts and proposals; track technical and commercial milestones.
- Conduct risk management activities, including verification of buyer solvency and claims.
- Maintain clear communication across project teams, partners, customers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee project execution by monitoring progress, key indicators, funding gaps, and status reporting.
- Deliver project results, finalize settlements, manage change requests, and prepare final project documentation and evaluations.
What You Bring
- Faculty degree, preferable within the field of electrical or mechanical engineering or
equivalent combination of education and with minimum 5 years’ experience. - You have a license of Serbian Chamber of Engineers for designing and executing the projects.
- Experience in energy and/or Oil&Gas industry.
- Capability of multitasking, with excellent organizational skills while assuring a high-quality work process.
- You are fluent in Serbian and English.
