A Snapshot of Your Day: A significant amount of technical scope, including project management, installation /commissioning, maintenance, testing and evaluation of the equipments and systems of the customers.


How You’ll Make an Impact:

Client Management

  • Actively collects information about the client and the client’s requirements/objectives.
  • Involves the client in the decision-making process and provides periodic updates.
  • Manages client expectations and completes projects to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Identifies/creates additional opportunities from ongoing projects.
  • Develops and implements strategies to strengthen client engagement and market position, where applicable.

Project Initiation / Proposal Management

  • Actively involved in sales/project initiation phase, analyzing client requirements and assessing their technical feasibility and the possibility of transforming them into an offer or project proposal.
  • Ensures the use of Siemens products and services, if available or applicable.
  • Ensures compliance with the relevant LoA process, where applicable.

Risk, Opportunity, and Issue Management

  • Throughout the project lifecycle, identifies and evaluates all risk factors using available risk measurement tools.
  • Develops appropriate strategies for risk mitigation (elimination, reduction).

Contract, Change, and Complaint Management

  • Influences the formulation of necessary contracts.
  • Negotiates change requests with partners and integrates them into contracts.

Partner Management

  • Selects and engages subcontractors/partners according to defined criteria.
  • Monitors subcontractor/partner performance, ensures timely critical issue to superiors (in case of qualitative deficiencies and collaboration issues), and initiates appropriate actions where discrepancies exist.

Procurement and Logistics

  • Engages from the beginning in procurement, according to the applicable procurement rules at Siemens.

Financial Management

  • Leads the project according to defined financial objectives (budget, estimated costs, estimated profit).

Project Planning, Control, and Completion

  • Handles all relevant PM@Siemens planning elements and the results of key work stages, according to the project category.

Leadership and Communication

  • Ensures effective communication with all customers.
  • Prioritizes feedback sessions with each member of the direct subordinate staff.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor of Engineering,
  • Good usage of Microsoft suite and eager to learn other.
  • High level of English is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and in oral)
  • Good team spirit, proactivity, and motivation to learn.
