A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of the Operations team, you are responsible for on-site implementations of monitoring solutions during the aftersales product life cycle.

Your day starts with a review of ongoing projects. You coordinate the implementation teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless on-site installations and testing of our monitoring products and ensure all project requirements are met.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Through your expertise and experience in on-site installations ensure optimal on-site resource utilization
• Support, coordinate and oversee on-site activities
• Prepare and create procedures and documentation for on-site activities
• Ensure all HSE requirements are met
• Provide training for on-site team members
• Support product, sales and operations teams in project evaluation during planning and implementation stages
• Promote and drive perfect customer satisfaction results during handover processes

What You Bring 

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable degree
• Expert knowledge based on several years of experience in FSE and on-site activities for monitoring solutions 
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % of the time, Europe wide
• Experience in travel and installation work in a global market
• High level of self-management
• Ability to lead and cooperate in global teams
• Fluency in English
