You take charge of engineering, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning of advanced equipment—like synchronous condensers, power electronics, and high-voltage switchgear. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the sales manager to ensure projects meet technical and economic requirements.
• Assist in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Coordinate the project team through all project phases, from design to commissioning.
• Build strong relationships with customers and manage project profit & loss.
• Control project schedules and ensure timely equipment delivery.
• Collaborate with departments such as environmental, purchasing, and legal.
• Oversee site activities through the site manager to ensure quality and safety.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, energy, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing High Voltage turnkey projects.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English is required.
• Willingness to travel for short visits to sites within Spain.
• Experience with business models like UTE or consortiums is valued.
