A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Execution PM team responsible for delivering power transformer projects for customers in the United States. Your day involves coordinating project information, maintaining clear communication across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are properly captured, and helping move projects through each milestone, from handover to project closure. You will work closely with factories, engineering teams, logistics, commercial PMs, and execution PMs to ensure projects stay on track regarding schedule, documentation, change requests, testing, shipment, and customer satisfaction
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support Execution PMs throughout the full post‑order lifecycle, ensuring smooth progress through all project gates and milestones.
- Coordinate communication and alignment between factories, engineering, logistics PMs, and commercial PMs to maintain project visibility and solve cross‑functional issues.
- Assist in managing customer requirements, including documentation updates, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance with technical and commercial expectations.
- Support change management activities by gathering inputs, preparing documentation, monitoring impacts (technical, schedule, cost), and helping build proposals.
- Track project risks, open actions, and critical deadlines, escalating potential issues and supporting mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in internal Project Management systems, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and reliable reporting.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal reports, dashboards, and project status updates for PMs and management.
- Support project closure activities, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and financial steps are completed according to company processes
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 2 years of experience in project management, preferable order execution.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage several activities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external customers.
- Knowledge of project management principles and interest in developing deeper PM skills.
- Experience with data management, documentation control, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

You will be part of the Order Execution Project Management team supporting transformer projects for the U.S. market. The team collaborates closely with factories, engineering groups, logistics, and commercial PMs to deliver high‑quality products that meet customer expectations. We work across the entire post‑order cycle, ensuring technical accuracy, commercial compliance, timely manufacturing, successful testing, on‑time delivery, and professional customer communication
