About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
You’ll be at the center of day-to-day execution—partnering with the Gas Services (GS) Project Management (PM) team to keep priorities moving, details aligned, and deliverables on track. From joining team and customer touchpoints to driving follow-ups on execution action items assigned by the PM or business unit leadership, you’ll help turn plans into progress.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Positive, can-do attitude while supporting Project Management (PM)
- Ability to apply Project Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Estimating support for change order pricing
- Budget preparation, assistance and tracking
- Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
What You Bring
- Completed at least Sophomore year and currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Engineering
- Ensure adherence to PM guidelines and operation standards as outlined in our Projects SOPs
- Prepare, update, file and retrieval of a variety of project documents engineering, records and drawings
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, representatives of other agencies and organizations, and members of the team
- Applicants must have a minimum of a 3.2 GPA
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
About the Team
This position reports to the Project Management Manager, SE GS D GCO PM AM, which is accountable for managing the execution of SE GS D GCO PM AM project obligations in a structured project landscape. The intern will ensure adherence to PM guidelines and operation standards as outlined in our Projects SOPs.
