- Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies and standardized templates for the EU&AF region
- Establish and manage the operational framework for project governance, including quality gates and compliance checks
- Conduct regular audits to ensure projects adhere to methodologies, budgets, and timelines
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality within the project management lifecycle
- Consolidate project status, financial data, and risk information from the entire EU&AF project portfolio
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for regional leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Extensive experience in a PMO or program management role, ideally with a regional or multi-country focus
- Recognized expertise in developing and implementing PMO frameworks and processes in large-scale organizations
- Strong skills in project and process management, governance, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in data management and analysis, including tools like Power BI for forecasting and risk management
