A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team as a Project Assistant at Siemens Energy, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting project managers and teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of energy projects. You will ensure that project documentation is meticulously organized, deadlines are met, and communication flows seamlessly among team members and stakeholders. With both global and local touchpoints, you’ll collaborate with diverse team members across all levels in the Service and Digitalization division. Imagine being at the heart of innovation, contributing to projects that drive sustainability and energy transformation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to ensure smooth communication.
- Support project managers in tracking progress and deliverables, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Maintain project databases and document storage systems for easy access to information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.
What You Bring
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or previous experience in project support or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and other organizational tools, is your forte.
- You are fluent in English, and German is an advantage.
- Your proactive, can-do attitude allows you to prioritize tasks and balance workloads effectively.
- You are willing to travel for the initial training period, especially during the training phase.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division is dedicated to low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We house all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof, focusing on zero or low-emission power generation. Our mission is to provide decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
