How to contribute to our vision

This role is a replacement for a Program Manager within the Project Excellence (PE) Competence Hub (CH), responsible for driving key internal initiatives. The position is critical for enhancing project management capabilities and standardizing processes across the organization, directly supporting the strategic objectives of the PE function. To achieve these aims, the role is structured around three core areas: Program & Initiative Management, focused on the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects; Process Excellence & Standardization, centered on defining and improving project management methodologies; and Stakeholder Engagement & Mentorship, ensuring alignment and adoption across business units while guiding junior professionals. Given the focus on leading complex internal programs, the ideal candidate will be a recognized subject matter expert with extensive experience in program management, process improvement, and stakeholder influence. This Specialist Professional (P4) will operate with significant autonomy, managing large-scale processes and coaching others to elevate the organization's project execution standards.
