- Take ownership of the STG productivity governance, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy's global productivity vision.
- Define the STG productivity and lean framework in support of the Evolve2.0 strategy program.
- Develop lean competencies across functions and drive the implementation and tracking of lean projects to leverage global scalability.
- Guide and coordinate all productivity and lean site coordinators, ensuring technical excellence and alignment across functions and regions.
- Collaborate closely with financial counterparts to revamp the current controlling and reporting concept, providing clear insights to all stakeholders.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset across the organization, including initiating cross-site and cross-functional idea exchanges to strengthen resilience and improve performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Long-term professional experience, ideally in operational excellence, business development, sales, or internal project/program management.
- Strong lean mindset with solid knowledge of lean methodologies.
- Technical competence and understanding of products, including familiarity with the industrial steam & generators market and commercial workflows.
- Collaborative, integrative working style with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills at both operational and management levels, paired with a strategic mindset and strong analytical abilities.
