A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Product Owner focused on Cybersecurity OT, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of OT security products within the digital portfolio. You will work closely with development teams, architects, domain experts, and global stakeholders to ensure solutions meet customer needs and follow applicable OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks. You will own the backlog, define priorities, collect requirements, and support the team to deliver consistent, secure, and integrable solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the definition of the product vision, goals, and roadmap for Cyber OT, ensuring alignment with strategy and market needs.
- Transform customer requirements, Service opportunities, and technical inputs into clear and prioritized epics, features, and user stories.
- Collaborate with SMEs and architects to ensure solutions follow OT architecture standards, cybersecurity frameworks, and best practices.
- Own the structure of the Cyber OT portfolio (solutions, components, boundaries, dependencies)
- Lead the integration workstream for cyber OT products and technologies into reference solutions
- Identify and qualify new cyber OT solutions based on technical gaps found in bids and customer requirements
- Maintain reference architectures, solution blueprints, and technical positioning
- Coordinate SMEs to validate technical feasibility, interfaces, and assumptions
- Support technical proposals by mapping portfolio components to requirements and gaps
- Align portfolio components with applicable OT cyber standards and control frameworks
- Collect requirements from Service opportunities to include suitable portfolio elements.
- Maintain functional product documentation (roadmap, positioning, requirements, acceptance criteria).
- Act as a central point of contact between development, global teams, and internal stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital or technical environments.
- Hands-on experience with OT architectures (ICS, PLCs, SCADA, networks, safety-adjacent systems)
- Strong understanding of OT cyber security controls and design patterns
- Experience integrating vendor products into end-to-end solutions
- Ability to assess technical maturity, limitations, and integration risks
- Experience working with cybersecurity or industrial automation products.
- Ability to evaluate technical maturity, risks, and limitations of portfolio components.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate discussions among technical teams, product groups, sales, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps
About the Team
You will be part of the SVD TEC (Service and Digital) unit, collaborating with global specialists in digitalization, OT cybersecurity, software development, industrial integration, and service delivery. You will work with multidisciplinary teams connected to Offshore, O&G, Pulp & Paper, Maritime, and other markets.
