A Snapshot of Your Day

Your day starts by reviewing ongoing field service activities, commissioning projects, active warranty cases, and technical investigations related to power transformers operating across North America and Mexico.

Working closely with Field Service teams, Project Managers, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain specialists, you ensure that the right resources, materials, and technical information are in place to support successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

One day you may be leading the investigation of a transformer failure and defining a recovery strategy to minimize downtime for a key customer. Another day you may be supporting a complex commissioning activity, coordinating replacement parts, or collaborating with engineering teams to identify long-term product improvements based on field experience.

As the technical focal point for service and warranty matters, your work directly influences equipment reliability, customer confidence, and the continuous improvement of Siemens Energy products.

Approximately 15% travel may be required for critical troubleshooting activities, commissioning support, customer meetings, and technical investigations.
