A Snapshot of Your Day
The demand for more flexibility, reliability and lower emissions for existing power plants will be your mission. As Plant Engineering Manger (f/m/d) you take care of our customer’s needs, find solutions and turn ideas into reality. You will lead multiple requests / projects in parallel.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Be part of plant engineering team in proposal and execution projects for modernization of large fossil power plants and corresponding decarbonized solutions
- Coordinate an international project engineering team of multiple plant disciplines
- Manage technical interfaces to Gas turbine, Steam Turbine and Generator engineering
- Lead projects with focus on quality, budget and timeline
- Collaborate with internal and external Engineering Partners
- Keep an eye on continuous improvement process
- Support internal and external customers
- Customer and site visits might be a welcome in the job
What You Bring
- Bachelor or master degree in mechanical, process, power plant engineering or equivalent
- Preferably few years of experience in Project Management
- Knowledge and experience in design, services and markets of Combined Cycle power plants
- Experience with Office Applications like Excel, PowerPoint, a.s.o.
- Able to motivate and guide people
- Strong communication skills, including excellent English, with German language skills considered an advantage

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
