About the Role

The OE Order Manager is accountable for supporting the operational performance of the Gas Turbine Blade, Vane department for Siemens Energy, Inc. located in Orlando, FL. We are seeking an energetic, motivated candidate bringing a positive outlook to the work. This position ensures the successful delivery of on-time, quality components to exceed customer expectations while contributing to continuous improvement and achieving commercial success.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure integrated schedules and systems to forecast, trend, and deliver components on time; build monthly/quarterly sales forecasts to meet annual targets.
- Provide timely, reliable communication between Engineering, Supply Team, Project Managers, Logistics, and Customers to confirm accurate demands and mitigate risks.
- Oversee order processing from entry to delivery, ensure accurate pricing and RFQs, process returns/RMAs, and maintain clear customer communication.
- Align schedules among Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Customers; prioritize parts based on customer needs and delivery commitments.
- Support inventory accuracy and turns through collaboration and negotiation; participate in change management, engineering meetings, and track impacts to schedules.
- Consistently strive to meet KPI metrics, handle large complex orders/programs, and report risks across assigned product scopes with a focus on high-quality operations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred if required); 3+ years of experience in planning or project management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, MRP concepts, and the manufacturing/project planning process; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/specs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams diplomatically.
- Hands-on, proactive attitude with a collaborative approach to building strong relationships across departments and teams.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
