About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team in Turkey as you take on a pivotal role in the Grid Technologies, Transformers Order Execution (OEX) team. You will manage the entire order lifecycle, from the initial entry in SAP to final invoicing, ensuring that every detail aligns with technical specifications and customer expectations. Imagine proactively monitoring order progress through production and logistics, swiftly resolving any potential delays or complex issues to guarantee timely fulfillment. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns with confidence. Your analytical mindset will drive continuous improvement as you analyze workflows and implement process enhancements, ensuring operational excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will manage the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in technical specifications, pricing, and delivery terms from SAP entry to invoicing.
- Proactively monitor order progress, identifying and resolving potential delays or complex issues to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, advising on order details and resolving discrepancies with autonomy.
- Collaborate with finance and sales to manage order payments, credit limits, and invoicing processes effectively.
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, contributing to process improvements and maintaining reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
What You Bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics, BA, Logistics, or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or logistics, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP (SD module), is essential.
- You possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive process improvements.
- Your expertise in order management systems and customer relationship management will be invaluable in this role.
