A Snapshot of Your Day

The Order Manager Support will support the Order Managers in the Orlando Head Quarters with a variety of activities to support the parts and repair needs of our customers. The Distributed NA OM Team services Open Market, Long Term and Operation & Maintenance Service Programs. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support SPRs daily with requests, tickets, and ensure materials are created and orderable.
  • Manage billing dates and monitor/resolve Alert Dashboard items (e.g., reqs without PO, unacknowledged POs, missed/zero-dollar billing, IR/GR discrepancies, missing item routes, past-due billing errors at header/item, billing blocks, invalid PO dates, correct interunit purchasing workflow errors (SIDOC).
  • Create and maintain an action tracker for inbound deliveries delivered but not yet received at FLC.
  • Provide outage-season support to meet customer requirements.
  • Obtain required documentation (supplier certifications, inbound PODs, final PODs for customer sites) and assist with invoice-related tasks.
  • Provide inland US transportation support as applicable.

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in order management, supply chain, import, export or logistics, Bachelors in international business or related field.
  • Experience with SAP preferred, Microsoft Office – Excel proficiency a plus
  • Results Oriented & attention to detail with an ownership mindset
  • Knowledge of business, financial, and operational processes with strong interpersonal & customer service skills
  • Must be a self-starter and highly professional with effective communication and organizational skills are a must as well as strong English speaking and comprehension
  • Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems
