A Snapshot of Your Day  

As a Siemens NX Expert in the Model-Based Design (MBD) team, your day will involve close collaboration with engineering and IT colleagues to support digital workflows in CAD/CAE/CAM environments. You’ll help gather and document requirements, analyze existing processes, and assist in designing IT solutions that enhance model-based engineering practices. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing product development processes and enhancing data consistency across platforms. You’ll be part of a supportive, agile team culture that values innovation, transparency, and continuous learning. 

How You’ll Make an Impact  

• Drive the implementation and optimization of Siemens NX CAD solutions within engineering workflows. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements. 
• Support integration of CAD with CAM and CAE systems, ensuring cross-domain consistency.  
• Help design and validate IT solutions that align with MBD needs. 
• Provide training and support to end-users across engineering teams.  
• Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and continuous feedback loops. 

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or technical support roles. 
• Proven experience with Siemens NX and strong CAD expertise.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams 
• Ability to translate engineering needs into IT solutions and workflows. 
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, JIRA, NX, And Teamcenter.
