About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a NDE (Non-destructive evaluation) Source Inspector Quality Engineer, your day will be dynamic and engaging, filled with opportunities to ensure the highest quality standards in our operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, conducting thorough inspections and assessments of materials and processes. Your expertise will guide the implementation of non-destructive examination techniques, ensuring compliance with industry standards while fostering a culture of quality and safety. Each day presents new challenges and the chance to make a significant impact on our projects and the environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and quality of our products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting non-destructive examinations to assess the quality and safety of materials and components.
- Performing detailed dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Managing non-conformance issues effectively, driving corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Collaborating with suppliers during source inspections to verify adherence to quality requirements.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement.
- Supporting the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols to uphold our commitment to excellence.
What You Bring
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in engineering or a related field is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of dimensional inspection experience, preferably in rotating equipment. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level.
- ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing) Level 2 certification in Penetrant Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing.
- Experience in ASNT Visual Inspection and Ultrasonic Testing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
