A Snapshot of Your Day

Perform required process control actions to ensure equipment and materials meet requirements.  Inject resin mixture into the molds according to specific work instructions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

The following are the major job duties, but this job description does not preclude the performance of other duties by the incumbent.

1.      Receive and perform work assignments, oral and/or written and follow work instructions.

2.      Document the injection process for each mold.

3.      Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment per accepted Siemens or industry standards.

4.      Perform required tests and inspections per process specifications and be able to troubleshoot when specifications are not met.

5.      Monitor temperature and humidity in the work area.

6.      Properly dispose of spent resin mixtures.

What You Bring

1.      High School Diploma or equivalent

2.      Passing score on General Aptitude test. (Good idea but not sure if we currently require)

3.      Ability to use hand & power tools

4.      Possess or have ability to acquire all PIME license by passing company test requirements. 

5.      Possess or have ability to acquire LOTO certification. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Demonstrate ability to read and understand the metric measuring system.

2. Acquire a forklift license and crane spotter license from Safety Department.
