A Snapshot of Your Day

The Material Handling Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials within the warehouse. This role supports inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets.
  • Must be willing and able to use forklift and move materials to designated storage areas or production lines.
  • Perform inventory counts and verify shipments against packing lists or purchase orders. Maintain accurate records of material movements and transactions.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of goods.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment based on 5s principles.
  • Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation. Report damaged or missing items to Team Leaders.

What You Bring

·         High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

·         Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

·         Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Comfortable with exposure to varying temperature and noise levels.

·         Computer skills, RF device skills and familiarity with SAP inventory systems.

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

·          Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
