In your role as a Marketing Professional, you will be instrumental in driving the marketing initiatives for our Distributed services organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage key stakeholders. By managing content and communication efforts, you will contribute to the overall success of our marketing endeavors and strengthen our position in the market.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the organization and planning of key events and conferences for the Distributed services teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
  • Manage and grow the online presence of key leaders on LinkedIn and other social platforms, amplifying their voices and thought leadership.
  • Oversee content management and ensure compliance with Siemens Energy Communication standards across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in event and conference management, with a strong understanding of budget management.
  • Strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and content creation, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and compliance standards, particularly within corporate environments.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
