Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Marine QMS requirements. Assist the Marine Quality Programme Manager in developing processes for the future of Marine Quality and ensuring readiness for the delivery of business needs now and in the future.


How you’ll make a difference

• Manage delivery of Customer quality requirements

• Manage non-conformance including investigations and root cause analyses (RCAs)

• Support during external audits

• Conduct internal audits

• Assist the Marine Quality Programme Manager in the delivery of Marine Quality Management System processes

• Liaises at all levels across the business to deliver defined objectives

• Interfaces with Customers and Suppliers when required

• Connecting various pieces of information, understanding interrelations and identifying problems; establishing clear decision criteria and weighing alternatives; choosing the best option for business success from multiple sources and options

• Establishing an action plan for self and others to complete work efficiently and on time

• Ensuring follow-through of plan; Translating strategic priorities into operational reality and concrete actions

• Setting high standards (personal and group) and monitoring progress toward goals; tenaciously working to meet or exceed goals; defining success by goal achievement and continuous improvement

• Using effective involvement and persuasion strategies to gain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions; Creating and executing influencing strategies

• Focusing on the customer’s perspective when setting priorities and taking action; implementing service practices that meet the customers’ and own organization’s needs; Promoting and operationalizing customer service as a value in the organization

• Developing and leveraging relationships within/ across teams/ work groups to achieve results; Initiating and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders and potential partners to advance business goals.


What you bring

• Strong understanding of process development and digitalization

• Able to demonstrate ability to work methodically with high volume and accuracy

• Self-starter with the ability to work individually and as part of a team

• A minimum of 2 years Quality Management experience in Aerospace, Military, Automotive, or similar industry

• Minimum HNC or equivalent in an Engineering related subject

• Proficient in the use of Digital Technologies with a good understanding of IT and software
