If you are looking for a chance to make a significant impact in our company, then becoming the manager of the Commercial Sales & Commercial Project Management (CPM) Team is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of our factory and our Cluster. As the Manager of the Commercial Sales and CPM teams, you will take ownership of the financials of the factory by contributing from the bid phase until the end of warranty of the project.
You and your team are responsible of creating commercial offers, negotiating contracts with customers, commercial project execution, reporting of financial figures and participating in budget phase. Additionally, you will coordinate the approval processes for offers within the Switch Gear Americas Cluster.
This role provides a dynamic and international environment, allowing you to interact with regions in Europe, the US, and Brazil, as well as various departments such as Treasury, Legal, Taxes, Projects, Production, and many more.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive the commercial parts of the bid, including developing strategies for product pricing, terms and conditions, tax and currency concepts, financial securities, payment terms, insurance, and export control.
- Drive the review and evaluation of T&C’s to negotiate contracts with internal and external customers.
- Coordinate Bid Release Process throughout the entire Cluster
- Take full responsibility for the completion of all projects commercial/financial related matters, including but not limited to handling Accounting, Foreign currencies, Legal, Tax and Export Compliance and Control (ECC) topics, while ensuring the compliance of applicable regulations during the offer and project execution phase.
- Project Controlling, Forecasting, Budgeting and Reporting of financials to ensure accurate books & records and transparency.
- Partner with Technical Project Manager in project steering /contract negotiations, accounting, development of strategies or solutions. Support Project Managers to ensure project quality based on PE @ SE Guidelines and achievement of project goals (revenue, margin, SG&A, cash flow, etc.).
What You Bring
- BS/BA (Finance, Accounting, Legal)
- 5+ years of SAP experience and knowledge
- Successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- 2+ years of leading team experience.
