A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our Budapest-based Logistics team as a Logistics Intern and play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing operations for Large Gas Turbines. In this part-time, temporary position, you’ll dive into the heart of logistics, providing hands-on support for daily operations while mastering the art of logistics data and systems management. Your day will be a blend of operational tasks and data-driven insights, ensuring smooth material flow and contributing to our vision of seamless logistics operations.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Assist in coordinating and tracking material shipments to align with production schedules.
  • Prepare and manage logistics documentation, including delivery notes and transport orders.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, aiding in cycle counts and stock-taking processes.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accuracy within the company’s ERP system (SAP), supporting logistics performance reporting.


What You Bring

  • You are an active university student pursuing studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and teamwork.
  • Availability to work for a min 24 hours per week.
