A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our Corporate Law team in Germany, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the governance of Siemens Energy AG, its Boards and key corporate law matters. In this expert position, you will provide specialized legal advice on corporate law, focusing on stock corporation and capital market law, as well as corporate governance. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Board Offices, Accounting, Communications, Investor Relations, M&A, and Treasury and Corporate Finance, actively participating in board-level decision-making.
How You’ll Make an Impact - Advising Siemens Energy AG and its Executive and Supervisory Boards on all matters of (stock) corporate and capital markets law as well as corporate governance.
- Management of capital market obligations, for example regarding ad hoc publicity, directors' dealings and ongoing capital market compliance.
- Legal preparation and support of the Siemens Energy Annual General Meetings.
- Advising capital and structural measures under corporate law, such as capital increases, mergers, etc.
- Cooperation with the Shareholdings team and taking care of corporate housekeeping topics for the German Siemens Energy companies.
- Legal advice in strategic and group-wide projects, such as employee share programs.
What You Bring- Fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist) with outstanding results in two state examinations
- Extensive experience post-qualification in a corporate legal department or reputable law firm
- Experience in corporate law and a keen interest in corporate governance matters
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and concisely
- A strong interest in AI and legal technology, demonstrating a commitment to innovation in the legal field
