A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Lead Financial Analyst, this role will be accountable for conducting comprehensive fleet data evaluation during the entire phase of contract. Roles include managing vendor claims, monitoring availability, consolidating data, and tracking LD.
This role involves directing initiatives, monitoring performance, generating reports, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance the financial health of the fleet. The candidate will ensure alignment with strategic objectives on issues impacting the fleet.
This exciting opportunity will provide leadership and guidance to a team, ensuring project goals are met while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Evaluate key figures and interpret contract language
- Maintain strong relationships with operations and global counterparts to ensure consistency and accuracy in monthly financial reporting and forecasting.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Complete several monthly reports, including financial forecasts and variance evaluations, labor review and statistics, customer billings & journal entries, annual budgeting, and planning support.
- Provide determination support and conduct financial reviews of a wide range of business issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams in a team-oriented professional environment. Respond to Ad Hoc management requests.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance, MBA/CPA a plus and preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance.
- Excellent data evaluation skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in financial reporting and forecasting. Proficiency in interpreting contract language.
- Must have Intermediate skills in Excel to include (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Sum if Formulas, and Macros).
*Travel may require up to 30%*
