As a Key Account Manager focused on the Aerospace industry, your day will center on building and nurturing strategic relationships with major aerospace clients, acting as a trusted advisor to address their unique challenges. You’ll lead complex sales cycles, from finding opportunities to closing contracts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional additive manufacturing solutions. Staying ahead of industry trends, you’ll explore new opportunities to position Siemens Energy as a leader in aerospace innovation, ensuring every interaction drives growth and strengthens our impact in this dynamic sector.


HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

-  Serve as the trusted advisor for aerospace clients, helping them solve sophisticated challenges with tailored additive manufacturing solutions.

-  Lead the sales process end-to-end—opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, and successful project delivery.

-  Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless and innovative service delivery.

-  Bring client insights and feedback to the table, influencing our offerings and overall business strategy.

-  Drive large-scale projects with precision, ensuring targets and timelines are met.

-  Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to unlock new business opportunities.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

-  A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

-  5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.

-  Deep understanding of the Aerospace industry, including its challenges and growth areas.

-  A proven track record of building strong client relationships, driving growth, and achieving sales targets.

-  Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with experience managing large-scale projects.

-  Strong communication and presentation skills to engage partners at all levels.

-  Willingness to travel as required to build relationships and develop business.


PREFERRED:

-  Experience with Additive Manufacturing technologies and their applications in aerospace.

-  A strong network within key aerospace companies and organizations.
