A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Junior Project Controller, you will play a vital role in managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle — ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, risk management, and clear communication with stakeholders. You will support the Project Manager (PM) in steering the project to achieve optimal financial and operational outcomes while maintaining adherence to internal and external standards.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the PM in managing risks, opportunities, and compliance with internal and external guidelines.
- Ensure accurate project financials, cost calculations, and reporting (e.g., FC, MIKA, cash flow).
- Oversee invoicing, payments, and financial guarantees.
- Support contract, claim, and change management processes.
- Promote adherence to Business Conduct, tax, export, and currency regulations.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial issues.
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience on similar position.
- Understanding of project management, finance (accounting, controlling) and risk management.
- Knowledge of contract and claim management principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
