A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a Junior Process Manager to play an active role in optimizing Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies Business Area’s business operations. This position supports process improvement efforts, analyzes workflows, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement solutions. The Junior Process Manager contributes to workshops, assists process owners, and supports automation efforts and change management activities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
We are targeting candidates to work at GT locations in the US (Orlando), the UK, Romania, or Hungary.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct process analysis, including value stream mapping (VSM), to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across the value chain. Use methodologies like BPMN to map current and future state processes.
- Support the design and implementation of standardized, digitally-enabled processes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT teams to find opportunities for process digitalization and automation (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, intelligent forms), and assist in implementing scalable solutions.
- Lead smaller process improvement initiatives and assist senior team members in handling larger projects. Work with process owners to define critical metrics and monitor performance improvements over time.
- Develop and contribute to change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Maintain and update process documentation, guidelines, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5 or more years of experience in end-to-end process analysis, value stream mapping (VSM), and process design using methodologies such as BPMN. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa
- Ability to design and implement efficient, standardized, and digitally-enabled workflows that drive measurable improvements
- Knowledge of process automation tools (e.g., RPA, intelligent forms) and experience collaborating with IT on digital transformation initiatives
- Experience contributing to process development projects and collaborating with stakeholders on lean agile principles
- Experience supporting change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and stakeholder alignment
- Strong ability to create and maintain detailed process documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
