The position is designed to bring in engineering talent to focus on modernizing operational processes and documentation.
To achieve this, the role will concentrate on two primary areas: Digitalization & Process Automation, which involves standardizing technical documents and automating administrative tasks, and Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement, focused on analyzing assembly processes to implement efficiency gains.
These activities directly support the plant's goal of enhancing productivity and preserving organizational knowledge. Given the focus on digital and process enhancement, the ideal candidate will be an engineering student with foundational skills in programming, data analysis, and an interest in industrial manufacturing. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to apply academic knowledge to real-world factory challenges are essential for success in this role..

● Propose and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow and productivity
What You Bring
● Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related field).
● This is a student/intern position; no prior professional experience is required.
● Academic or personal project experience in programming, data analysis, or process improvement is highly valued.
● Proficient in programming languages such as Python and VBA, with strong data analysis and process mapping skills.
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, and fundamental database management concepts.
