A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the plant's instrumentation, control, automation, and Distributed Control System (DCS) infrastructure. You will support maintenance planning and execution, provide technical leadership to I&C technicians, and ensure plant systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. Your role is critical in maintaining plant availability, operational performance, and compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on electrical equipment according to maintenance plan.

· Perform troubleshooting and repair work on malfunctioning or faulty electrical plant equipment.

· Utilize computerized plant management systems when reporting faults, performing work on site, requesting material.

· Ensure own safety and safety of others by strictly complying with plant safety regulations and ensure compliance with the Permit-to-work system.

· Continuously improve technical knowledge by attending training courses and practical training in the field.

· Protect the environment by reducing hazardous waste and avoiding unnecessary spillages.

What You Bring

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience in a similar industrial environment.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within power generation, industrial plants, or comparable heavy industries.

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, generators, motors, switchgear, transformers, protection systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.

· Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating maintenance teams and maintenance execution activities.

· Proficiency with plant management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and maintenance planning and reporting tools.

· Professional working proficiency in English, with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Relevant electrical certifications and authorizations are considered an asset.
