Snapshot of Your Day:

As a Circuit Breaker Technical Expert, you will use your specialized knowledge to maintain efficient circuit breaker performance in power systems. You will collaborate with various teams to provide technical solutions, support, and expertise, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Additionally, you will work directly with customers to provide offers for spare parts and ensure their needs are met.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Provide technical expertise and solutions for complex circuit breaker issues. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance circuit breaker reliability and performance. Collaborate with engineering teams to design, retrofit, and upgrade circuit breaker systems.
  • Prepare and review user documentation, including maintenance reports, Bill of Materials, and Drawings. Train and mentor junior technicians and engineers on guidelines and technical procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and advancements in circuit breaker technology. Make sure all work aligns with safety laws and industry norms. Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide offers for spare parts.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide technical support. Coordinate with customers to schedule maintenance and inspections. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding the status of their orders and service requests.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Help customers in fixing and identifying the appropriate parts needed for replacement. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during the proposal and quotation process.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field or a minimum of 10 years of experience in HV circuit breaker maintenance and diagnostics.
  • In-depth knowledge of various types of circuit breakers and their applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to circuit breaker systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site inspections and support as needed. Experience in customer service and providing offers for spare parts is a plus.
